Standard Shipping
We provide standard ground delivery on all domestic orders. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery times average 2–5 business days depending on destination.
Enjoy free standard delivery across North New Zealand, with a flat $3 shipping charge for South New Zealand.
Express Shipping
For urgent needs, we offer expedited shipping. Orders placed before 12 PM (local NZ time) are dispatched on the same business day.
Availability & Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within New Zealand. We are unable to accept international orders or ship to addresses outside of New Zealand at this time.
Returns Policy
Due to the personal hygiene and intimate nature of facial tissues, we are unable to accept returns on opened products. If your order arrived damaged or with packaging defects, please reach out to our team immediately.
